2. Site Visit

  • ○ Share aerial/street views, survey details, and virtual tours of potential sites. Discuss zoning regulations and infrastructure access.

3. Digital Design Phase

  • ○ 3D House Models and virtual Tours: Explore multiple design options via interactive 3D models and immersive virtual experiences. Fine-tune details and make informed choices remotely.
  • ○ Material Selection: Browse virtual catalogs and receive samples delivered to the homeowner's location. Finalize finishes and fixtures digitally.
  • ○ Permitting Process: Navigate building permits and approvals electronically, keeping the homeowner informed every step of the way.

4. Generating a Bill of Quantities Quotation

  • ○ A Bill of Quantities (BOQ) quotation breaks down construction costs into material and labor quantities, helping you compare bids accurately and avoid hidden fees.
  • ○ As a homeowner, comprehending the intricacies of a Bill of Quantities (BoQ) Quotation is crucial. It delineates a detailed breakdown of construction costs, offering transparency and aiding homeowners in understanding where their budget is allocated, from materials to labor and other expenses..

5. Remote Site Monitoring

  • ○ Regular Drone Progress Reports: Receive periodic drone flyover footage showcasing construction milestones and ensuring adherence to the plan.
  • ○ Interactive Documentation: Access detailed progress reports, construction photos, and material invoices from our dedicated team through agreed channels. e.g WhatsApp
  • ○ Live Webcam Feed(Optional): Install a secure webcam on the construction site. The homeowner can virtually check progress, monitor quality, and feel connected to the process.

Step 6


6. Handover

  • ○ Final Walkthrough: Conduct a virtual tour of the completed house, highlighting key features and addressing any final concerns.
  • ○ Ongoing Support: Establish a communication channel for post-construction questions, warranty claims, and future renovations.


  • N|B : If the homeowner is available in person he/she/they will be given a detailed tour of the whole crafted masterpiece. Also, any other additional services such as sourcing for furniture to fill the spaces or security for your property can be provided when requested for, to reduce the hectic hustle on your side
